ÌýOpen Planning

Open planning begins March 6, and in order to make the most out of your academic schedule, make sure you check out theÌý.

It’s a good idea to view your audit before meeting with your advisor in order to get a sense of what classes you want to take next semester.

Our web-based advisement tool will help you and your advisor to ensure you keep on the right track toward meeting all the necessary degree requirements.

March 6 – Open Planning begins for Summer and Fall 2017
March 13-19 – Spring Break – no classes
March 27 – Last day to withdraw from a course for Spring 2017
March 20 – Registration begins for Summer 2017
March 24 – Last day to apply for May and August graduation to have name appear in Commencement book
March 29 – Graduate Registration begins for Fall 2017
April 3 – Undergraduate Registration begins for Fall 2017
Please note: Undergraduate registration will take place over a period of two weeks.
May 12 – Finals begin
May 18 – Finals end – Last Day of Classes: Spring 2017
May 21 – Commencement

Q: How can a student make updates to personal information?
A: Students can find the appropriate form atÌý. Complete the form and submit to theÌýRegistrar’s office for processing. They must include the necessary supporting documentation needed.

Q: How can students order transcripts?
A:ÌýThe quickest most convenient way a student can obtain a transcript is to visitÌý.ÌýTranscripts can be picked up in theÌýRegistrar’s office, sent out through the regular postal service or as a PDF. For an additional fee printed transcripts can be sent out via domestic or international Federal Express.
