A recent article in the Stanford Social Innovation Review
A recent article in the听Stanford Social Innovation Review听refocuses nonprofit executives on the “timeless fundamentals” of nonprofit management. The article draws from discussions with the first nine recipients of the听Henry R. Kravis听Prize in Leadership, in 2013. Two important insights emerged from that discussion. First, what allows each听Kravis Prize听winner to excel is their commitment to one or two mission-driven core competencies. Second, the challenges cited by听Kravis Prize听leaders are the same ones that virtually every social sector organization faces today.
